Brent Herman

Mr. Herman is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of InnovativeRx, a closed door long term care pharmacy company that he founded in 2011. Mr. Herman brings to SAFE 35 years of relevant experience founding, structuring, financing, operating and advising companies in a broad array of industries, including energy, in Canada, the United States and Internationally. In addition to having experience as a founder, director, officer and advisor to several energy and healthcare companies, Mr. Herman was also formerly the President, Chief Executive Officer, Founder and a Director of Coach Hill Capital Inc., a private investment and finance firm and a Founder and former Managing Partner of the FCI Energy Opportunities Fund. A securities lawyer by training, Mr. Herman was a Securities Partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, a law firm at which he had a broad base corporate and securities practice advising public and private corporations, trusts, limited partnerships, investment funds, dealers and advisors, nationally and internationally. Mr. Herman has extensive corporate finance experience at structuring and advising in relation to exempt market offerings, initial public offerings, public and private financings of debt, equity and hybrid securities, merger, acquisition and disposition transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
